Welcome to Forever Getaway. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Forever Getaway provides property care and maintenance coordination services for homeowners, remote property owners, vacation homeowners, and Airbnb hosts. Our services may include:

  • Property inspections

  • Maintenance coordination

  • Vendor scheduling

  • Lawn care coordination

  • Handyman service coordination

  • Repair oversight

  • Property check-ins

  • Communication and reporting

We act as a coordination and oversight service and do not directly perform licensed trade work unless specifically stated.
 

2. Service Availability

Services are subject to availability, scheduling, weather conditions, vendor availability, and property access. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion.
 

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate property information

  • Maintain safe access to the property

  • Provide necessary permissions for vendors and contractors

  • Pay all agreed service fees on time

  • Notify us of any property issues, emergencies, or special instructions
     

4. Third-Party Vendors & Contractors

Forever Getaway may coordinate services through independent third-party vendors or contractors. While we strive to work with trusted professionals, we are not responsible for the actions, workmanship, delays, damages, or liabilities caused by third-party providers.

Clients acknowledge that separate agreements, warranties, or insurance policies may apply through those providers.
 

5. Payments & Fees

Payment terms will be outlined in service agreements, invoices, or proposals. Late payments may result in delayed or suspended services.

Additional charges may apply for emergency visits, after-hours coordination, materials, or special requests.
 

6. Property Access

Clients authorize Forever Getaway and approved vendors to access the property as necessary to perform requested services. Clients are responsible for ensuring lawful and secure access arrangements.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

Forever Getaway is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing property conditions

  • Hidden damage or structural issues

  • Weather-related damage

  • Acts of nature

  • Theft, vandalism, or criminal activity

  • Delays caused by vendors, contractors, or supply shortages

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
 

8. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable written notice. Scheduled services canceled without adequate notice may be subject to cancellation fees.
 

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
